I read by the port of Villefranche-sur-Mer. The Geography of Bliss is a fun and interesting read about some of the happiest places on earth and their cultures (Bhutan, Iceland, Switzerland, Thailand), and also the unhappiest one statistically (Moldova).

I board a flight from London to Nice. On Easy Jet, it’s first come first serve as far as seating goes. I’m rather late, and will get stuck with a middle seat.

I club at Westbourne Studios. Large space, good times. Of course as it’s a private club (like most nightspots in London), you need to be on the list to get “on the inside”.

The Royal Standard of England is a 1000-year old pub in Beaconsfield. Legendary! I dig in their Fish & Chips.

British Museum
